During my position as a waitress I was responsible for taking and delivering orders for food and beverages, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items, recommending wines and making wine service, performing cleaning duties, preparing hot, cold and mixed drinks, checking with costumers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and collecting payments.

During my position as a waitress I was responsible for escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus to the guests and explaining their preparation, communicating dining details to the kitchen personnel, serving foods and beverages, taking guests' orders, performing cleaning duties, checking with guests to ensure they are enjoying the meal

During my position as a waitress and receptionist I was responsible for escorting guests to their tables, taking and delivering orders for food and beverages, cleaning dining areas, preparing breakfast and dinner buffet, dealing with online bookings, preparing bills and taking payments, providing information for guests, dealing with special requests from guests

During my studies I specialised in: Management subject, such as: Project management, Destination management and Quality management, Analysis and statistical methods, Accounting in Tourism, Foreign languages in Tourism: English, Italian and Russian and Informational systems in Tourism.
