Working for this company, I have been able to serve at lavish weddings and other events such as concerts and balls. Within these different environments I have been able to improve my ability to problem solve, increase my confidence and most importantly been able to improve on levels of communication throughout customer service.

As a Sales Advisor I take on a variety of roles, I can either be on the tills, in the changing rooms or on the shop floor. I help customers with any queries, returns and/or sales. In this constantly changing business, I am constantly on my toes facing any new challenges head on.

Observing Physiotherapists practise drug-free treatments on Multiple Sclerosis patients. Treatments included the use of physiotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment (HBOT) and the hydrotherapy pool.

- Single-sex grammar school in Buckinghamshire for girls aged 11 plus. - Here I achieved A-levels in Biology, German, Psychology and Physics, ranging from grades A*-C. With an AS-level in English Literature at grade A.
