As an Account Executive I am currently responsible for effectively opening new and growing existing accounts/business independently and growing accounts via expansion into new areas/countries, product/service development and specialisation in new technologies.

In my role as Account Support Manager I was responsible for all Technical Resourcer duties with the added responsibility of maximising sales and sales opportunities by servicing business within existing clients and by building relationships with new clients in VHR’s core sectors; Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Engineering & Defence and ICT.

I was the local presence and support to the Client and the contingent workers in respect of problem resolution. I acted as an intermediary, thereby removing the need for direct Client management of contingent worker issues other than those directly relating to the technical operation for which they had been contracted and confronted.

As a Technical Resourcer I was responsible for the full recruitment delivery lifecycle and ensuring all requirements were delivered against within defined Service Level Agreements. I was responsible for resourcing candidates for requirements by undertaking database searches, qualifying candidates’ suitability and submitting relevant details to the VHR Account Manager or direct to the client. I would network with candidates, arranging interviews, closing candidates and clients post interview.
