It implied the remote support to presales department in North America. As part of the GSS (Global Sales Support) the ultimate objective was the support with the production of documents such as: Service costing, Scope of Work, Implementation time plan, etc. related to presales projects for the North American market. (USA, Canada).

This position belonged to the Global Support Center, (GSC) based on Mexico City, it implied the lead of complex technical solutions, in close engagement with different areas (Design, Optimization, Operations-Deployment, Sales, etc.) while listening and understanding customer needs to evaluate their problems and identify any opportunities.

I was responsible of the relationship towards the customers on after sales operations. That position demanded to control the related brand (Alcatel Mobile) providers.

During my work experience in Huawei I obtained 3 promotions: starting from Wireless Engineer, Product Line Manager, and Project Manager. Throughout the time I stayed in that company, I worked with different Radio Access technologies such as: CDMA2000, WCDMA.

The position implied the on-site support for Filtec inspection machines installed in the brewery industry. The position was technicaly related with control area.

The position included the remote data processing for Ericsson-Ireland’s overseas customers; mainly based on East Europe, Middle East and North Africa.

The position implied data transcript activities related with the support of the AXE switch platform and the development on so call DTSS (Data Transcript Support Software) libraries for different application systems. Performing on remote and on-site data processing for customers in Mexico, Central and South America.
