Project Management responsible for pricing of loan products to customers, creating products sales campaigns, market monitoring, benchmarking, competitor analysis, products pricing and price elasticity.

Project management responsible for implementing all sort of direct/ digital channels (internet banking, ATM, Phone Center and Mobile) projects to Corporate customers, improving customer experience and direct channels activity, implementing new products (and new fees) , and reducing usage of local branches. - digital banking Main methodologies: SDLC, RBPM, Waterfall and BPM techniques (Pareto, Ishikawa, etc).
