Responsible for creating feasible and profitable mid-long term goals for startups. • Identified, designed, and implemented new features based on data to increase sales, clients’ loyalty, and brand awareness. • Managed cross-functional teams and implemented operation processes between different departments to improve efficiency, work methodology, and communications. • Built and implemented reporting infrastructure to provide real-time insights into the product, sales/marketing funnels, and business KPIs.

• Served as the primary point of contact for clients; overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of services and results. • Monitored the performance of the team to ensure a productive work environment through daily reporting tactics plus continual audit efforts. • Led a team of 36 people, including Operations Coordinators, Client Services Managers, and Field Technicians.

• Managed four global clients within the telecommunication and retail/mall sectors (Vodafone, NOS, SONAE, and SONAE MC). • Negotiated the contract and procedures for each client. • Successfully negotiated 9 new sites with revenue over €11M. • Trained and overseed 6 teams of 3, including Field Technicians and Operations Coordinators, to ensure best practice rollout across all projects for all clients, increasing client satisfaction by 27%.
