Appointed as project manager for three class A projects with a premium automotive OEM. Successfully completed a cross-plant relocation project with a lifetime volume of more than € 200 million. Key User for SD-module within SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Responsibility for key accounts consisting of customers from segments passenger car, commercial vehicles and construction equipment with an annual turnover of €35 million. Business Development responsibility for existing and potential new customers for plants in Germany and Sweden. Project Management in the framework of a CRM initiative. Supporting the leadership team within strategic projects and processes in order to support organizational growth (strategy development & implementation).

Responsibility for a key account in the segment of construction equipment. Conducting market research on potential new customers and products as well as competitor analysis. Project Management related to the planning of trade shows and other marketing initiatives. Administrative and analytical tasks within sales team (back-office responsibilities). Coordinating internal communication between sales teams of various plants.

Responsibility for bought-in parts for Profit Center Railway with an annual purchasing volume of €3 million per year. Assisting the Purchasing Director during competitive tendering, LTA negotiations with strategic suppliers and purchasing of machinery and fixed assets. Fleet management for company vehicles and internal transport vehicles (forklift trucks).
