In my current role leading unit of +170 engineers, holding responsibility for: - Global CoE in terms of Robotics Process Automation, delivering solid RPA platform and development for ING world-wide - continuous monitoring, reporting and visualization for banking environment - Research & Development function in terms of AI & translation services, virtual assistants - IT Operations, including infrastructure, applications and core banking platform for ING shared services consumers Prior to my IT Area Lead and IT Tribe Lead assignments, was an active leader of security engineers and programmers, delivering for ING shared service centers the key milestones listed below : - successful transition and setup of the operational part of ING Global Security Operations Center in Poland - building from the scratch software development unit - building from the scratch variety of security processes from operational and technical perspective for ING branches around the world.
