Managed the setup of a global governance model for customer master data (cleanup, harmonization, ownership and processes). Introduced a new Industrial segmentation structure to get more in line with the emerging markets, and allowing the sales force to focus more on prioritized industries with growth perspectives. Managed the implementation and deployment of a web shop within the Americas region for attracting new smaller accounts.
