In charge of production planning for 2 different rolling mills and several finishing facilities.

As Head of the central client shops I am leading a team of engineers and professionals dealing with the execution of Orders through our Plants in Germany. This includes offer preparation, cost analysis and calculation and order follow up incl. Inspections execution. The Team consist of 4 direct reports and 32 indirect reports.

In 2017 I was promoted as Director R&D/M&D for the Power & Process Products being in charge of multiple developments and representing Vallourec in various national and international working groups such as ASME / FDBR / VGB and others. The R&D team consisted of 5 engineers and PhD's in both France and Germany.

In 2009 I was promoted Director for the Technical Sales Team heading a team of engineers and PhD's in France, Germany and China

In 2005 after 3,5 years of managing the production line ( 39 employees) for Powergen related tubular products i changed into the headquarter of Vallourec in Germany and joined a team of 6 engineers both in France and Germany. As a Technical Sales Manager for Powergen i was in charge of supporting different EPC's in Asia and Europe for technical questions related to materials and tubulars for the Powergen Section.

In this position i was in charge of the planning, execution and ramp up of the finishing line dedicated to tubulars for the Powergen business. In this role i was leading a team of senior engineers. The project was finalized after 12 Months of planning with the successful ramp up of this production line.

As a quality engineer I was in charge of all quality related aspects such as: handling of non conformities, quality control and auditions of the dedicated finishing line.
