• Supported research projects in corrosion of coatings in sewers through conducting chemical and physical experiments, analytical test, planning and scheduling projects; • Mentored and supervised junior students; • Running analytical test including ICP-AES, ICP-OES, XRD, SEM, and TGA and analyse the numerical results generated from analytical equipment.

• Responsible to supervise the customer service team, problem solving and provide technical assistance; • Handling customer complaints based on ISO10002 standard, and provide corrective actions and preventive actions for customer satisfaction; • Conducting internal and external audits (raw material suppliers) based on ISO TS 16949; • Provide training packages on test methods/procedures for QC and R&D laboratory chemists.

• Formulating clear coat, top coat (acrylic, polyester, poly urethane and alkyd); • Facilitated creation, evaluation, development, testing, revision, management, quality control, and production of paint components, formulations, and samples as per customer specifications; • Undertaking regular travel to customers’ site to collect customer requirements, solve application defects, providing training packages and field evaluation.
