Maik is Co-Founder and Executive Coach at Strengths Discovery, an organisation that provides Executive and Leadership training and coaching to individuals, partnerships and groups.

Dedicated role in the Marketing HR department to act as a liaison for the smooth delivery of initiatives driven from the central HR function (such as the local roll-out of the new cloud-based People System program). The role was also accountable to analyse the local HR function’s capability and drive improvement in Talent, Admin and Business Partnering practices.

In the central HR function, accountable to enforce aligned Organisation Chart structures and HR Master Data compliance in the global organisation through collaboration with local HR departments. Responsible to approve all changes to org charts globally (i.e. positions and department changes).

• Achieved 95% reduction of workflow-related issues in the deployed SAP HR system through effective consulting and vendor liaison • Enabled dramatic turnaround improvement in the delivery of legal system changes through business and vendor consulting.

Accomplished handover of the Malaysian payroll to a new vendor and successfully lowered the number of outstanding issues by more than 50% in 3 months through effective vendor and user consulting.

Delivered complex revision of the SAP HR Authorization Model as Project Lead resulting in significantly improved authorization control.
