Senior IT coordinator duties: • providing maintenance and reliable operations for network infrastructure, based on Cisco SDN solution; • performing regional project coordination (64 regions, covering 9.000 users) and implementation as a part of whole IT changing strategy; • administering and configuring Fortigate firewall, defining security policies in a close cooperation with security department; • sharing skills and knowledge with teammates.

IT coordinator duties: • installing and maintaining 200+ IT servers and office networks for better and faster regional office deployment; (60+ regions across Russia, with 9.000 users in 8 different time zones) • representing the Second Line of technical support • handling regional IT technical documentation; Responsibility area: 60+ regions and over 9000 users in 8 different timezones. ~600 office switches and routers total, ~100 servers (baremetal and virtual).

Technical support and maintenance of IT environment: • installing/deploying MS Windows OS; • installing/deploying business-critical software; • software asset management; • Internet access through proxy-server, security policies, logging and reporting; • improving reliability, efficiency and availability of the critical systems environment; Responsibility area: over 250 users. ~50 office switches and routers overall, ~10 servers.

Technical support and maintain IT environment: – network/telephony systems design and install; – administering and maintaning MS Windows Active Directory services: DNS/DHCP/GP ; – first line technical support for 70 users; – Internet access through proxy-server, logging and reporting; – monitoring a M2M sim-card control systems, billing reports, packages, plans, etc; Responsibility area: over 250 users. ~20 office switches and routers overall, ~5 servers
