Intended for everyone working with Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, software and systems development.

Investigated claim processing rules using SQL and created data update changes in line with new rules requested by business teams ∙ Performed requirements analysis, elicitation and supported multiple iterations of implementation and testing of a technology upgrade of claim processing system to simplify maintenance and support of the system.

Elicited requirements and designed a technical solution for the automation of: 1. Business Risk Assessment of the organization based on Risk Based Approach, to determine the organization’s risk exposure in all their business units and locations. 2. Their representatives’ FAIS Fit and Proper Regulatory Status tracking and management to ensure that representatives are compliant with the FAIS Act.

Measured the railway landscape for the upgrade of analog interlocking systems to electronic system as part of a railway design team ∙ Collaborated with the production team to design and implemented bar code generation and tracking system of items produced in the factory, which assisted with tracing of errors.
