-Work with hiring managers in the identification, exploration and implementation of suitable resourcing channels. Implementing processes and assessments for store, warehouse and office positions in designated departments and districts -Establishing partnerships with hiring managers to attract and identify suitable candidates -Drive end-to-end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard

- Communicating with recruitment agents, job fairs, new store arrangements and coordinating with hiring managers - Supervising day to day HR and Admin operations (Including HR Generalist: staff orientation, monthly payroll, benefits administrations, and performance evaluation, employee relations) - Handling employment contracts, final payment, MPF contribution and annual tax declaration

-Providing step-by-step solutions to all customers (Including order taking, cross selling; and complaint handling) -Working languages (inbound/outbound): English, Mandarin and Cantonese -Working under pressure with strong sense of customer service & sales mindset
