Built and lead Enpal’s Salesforce organization, which runs the company’s central CRM and operations platform across sales, fulfilment, finance, asset management and customer service. Beyond Salesforce, I am responsible for the Talkdesk contact-centre platform and drive data security and GDPR implementation across systems. Focus on CRM, Customer Service and Communication Tooling (CTI, Talkdesk, NPS, AI). Data Security (Retention, GDPR, DSGVO) and governance as well as running a support organisation.

Built and led the Salesforce team from the ground up to 15 people. Part of Boschs Center of Excellence for Salesforce. Product manager and project lead for internal and external Salesforce projects and orgs, including the Bosch Group’s global internal service platform. Oversaw client projects for Miles amp; More and automotive customers, from scoping and solution design to delivery.

Growing a Salesforce team of around 15. Introduced the full spectrum of processes for a global SF team (Feature Requests, Ticketing, Github, QA, documentation, auditing), while also helping to build a Global Operations team as a counterpart on the business side. Focus on establishing central-regional relationships with a transparent prioritization logic (OKRs, inter-regional coop, 24/7 emergency coverage and local Administrators). Massive Migration effort (4 Salesforce platforms down to one).

Working on Sales and Service Cloud projects: scoping and solution design, key account management, quote and project management, user story writing, sprint and scrum management. Implement stories, testing and UAT.

Product manager, teamlead and project manager within the global Salesforce team. Responsible for up to three teams, with also local administrators for global regions reporting into me. During that time migration onto one Salesforce instance, establishing a global team and a global stakeholder structure, roll-out of mostly agile-based product management. Heavily integrated platform with a massive amount of very advanced inhouse-development (Ruby, Apex, AngularJS).

Mostly project-based management, interim management and team set-up - of up to one year.

Founder of an online editorial office and agency with three co-partners (still in the board of directors). I was mainly repsonsible for finance, HR and project management. The company had as many as 25 employees at peak times. As a Key Accounter I worked with MTU Aero Engines, the German Journalist Assossication (DJV), skw/evonik, Microsoft, EADS, Gruner +Jahr, DETAIL magazine and many more.
