Planning of radio technology product portfolio with an annual revenue of ~$200M in the EMEA region; Deputy of EMEA demand planning manager; Lead of global project to redefine product segmentation: analysis of status quo, identification of best-practice, definition of common standard process, implementation across various distribution centers and manufacturing sites.

Support of Danish pharmaceutical wholesale organization with implementation of several projects (incl. reduction of branch network, reorganization and automation of warehouse operations); Improvement of logistical processes in Denmark (capturing of current processes, definition of future state, preparation of IT-change-requests, assessment of expected savings, control of implementation); Quantitative analysis (stock range, employee productivity, optimization of stock locations).

Project work (incl. transfer of warehouse and distribution processes from England to Slovakia, optimization of stock management system for customer Land Rover, sequential delivery to customer Bentley); Management of external logistics service providers (key performance indicators, budget planning, continued process improvement, packaging); Preparation and execution of biannual stock counts; Logistics reporting (inventory, freight and warehousing costs, customer satisfaction).

Writing of a diploma thesis with practical focus “Optimization of the supply concept for the Vénissieux plant of Robert Bosch GmbH”; Analysis of SKU portfolio and existing supply flows, Development of a new concept and preparation of the implementation.

Handling of daily responsibilities in the customer order and production planning function; Assurance of supply for production and assembly areas, customer order management, production planning, optimization of inventory, communication with customers, production team and suppliers.

ANALYSE und AUSWERTUNG des internationalen Warentransports des Unternehmens; Erstellung einer Datenbank mit Frachtgebühren verschiedener Logistikanbieter zur Vereinfachung des Rechnungsprüfungsprozesses.
