Prepare, organize, and teach classes and tutorials to students between 5th and 8th grades. Carry out evaluations and follow-up their performance.

Coordinated interdisciplinary work with a team of 150 people, executed mobility policies, plans and projects to improve road safety, mobility, and accessibility conditions for the 7.8 million inhabitants of Bogotá. Developed 36 state procurement processes and administered the public resources assigned to the area (€ 62,38 million) Worked on strategies for 1) achieving greater approach and sense of belonging in a team of 700 people and 2) effectively communicating the implemented projects to the citizenship.

Assembled, led, and supervised a group of 30 specialists in the “Managers’ project” to execute more than 200 efficient and low-cost measures related to transit management and engineering. Evaluated key state procurement processes (budgeted on € 54,41 millions) and coordinated the recruitment and hiring processes of about 400 and 700 contractors respectively. Worked on the organization’s institutional redesign (in an entity of about 2.000 people).

Designed an on-line tool to gather information of the mobility patterns of Medellín Metro Company’s workers, and proposed changes for improving their mobility patterns.

Reviewed the public policies that promote the implementation of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems and analyzed the opportunities of this urban transport system.

Evaluated the impacts of pedestrianize some sectors in Medellín and of implementing a rail transport system between Bogotá and its surrounding municipalities.

Analyzed and monitored the implementation of various mobility projects, mainly in the areas of road safety, sustainable mobility, and freight transport. Coached and guided 1st year students to develop their engineering projects.
