Supporting the establishment of a Data Governance capability for the EMEA Region of the Bank. Building of the Governance Framework which will establish data ownership rights and responsibilities across the organization. Protecting the Bank’s data assets according to the GDPR regulation.

Provided data analysis to support the Supply Chain Team including Supply Chain Mapping, Value at Risk, Total Cost of Ownership, Demand Analysis, Sales Forecast and KPIs. Used Microsoft Power Query and VBA to deal with data extracted from Oracle BI and Oracle Hyperion ERP Automated the MRP process using Excel VBA to produce the input CSV file used inside the Oracle BI respecting the layout and avoiding manual mistakes.

Devised a leaner and more scalable strategy for the middle office area, with a focus on being proactive, business focused and risk-aware (automating wherever viable (VBA/Access/SQL), reducing operational risk and improving efficiency). Descriptive statistical analysis using MiniTab. Used VBA and Python scripts to automate reports. Supported the commercial team to increase the ROE, reducing costs in more than 30% with the benefit of sales performance reports and product utilisation.
