Creating a happy and healthy work environment to support projects.

I continue my adventure in the Connected Cars area of Volkswagen. I am able to use my technical experience and people skills to help introducing mobile online services for new VW cars. It is great to be able to solve new problems, work with interesting people and be close to the Internet of Cars (r)evolution.

Requirements Management - Mobile Online Services VW Car-Net. The most interesting experiences were: introduction of mobile online services for VW e-vehicles to the China market, making part of the Tiguan project and the possibility to work on complex challenges, the ability to learn a lot and work with great people.

Software design and development.

As a part of software development team I took part in few projects for procurement department of the biggest automotive concern in Europe. My common tasks were: requirements analysis, writing functional specification, software development and refactoring, GUI design. I succesfully introduced mockito framework what simplified writing of unit tests. I also succesfully introduced fest-swing framework for automatic functional Swing user interface testing.

I was working in a distributed international team as a software engineer designing and developing Transport Management System for big international logistic company. I got to know about business processes in logistic business area: Ordering, Customer Services, Process Control, etc. I introduced daily status meetings and given//when//then approach to write readable test (unit and integration) I organized together with Piotr Przybył and Wojciech Bydzyński CodeRetreat in Capgemini in Wroclaw.

I cooperate with Fundacja Kairos as a volunteer giving individual math lessons for children's home. I try to motivate my pupils and also teach them how to learn.
