Facilitated decommission of IPcenter from IBM delivery accounts and maximize elimination of BigFix in support of making P&L cost targets. Worked with Global and GEO teams to identify and address impediments to deployment and migration, driving greater accountability as well as appropriate ownership. Coordinated the separation of more than 400 international tools to enable the spin-off of Infrastructure Services from IBM to Kyndryl without impact on the continuity of customer services worldwide.
