• Quality issue management: problem solving management [5W1H, 4M, Pareto analysis, FMEA] and reporting using the 8D method • Cp and Cpk capability study and 6 sigma method • Process and Product quality management and quality organization of the assembly lines • Product validation management [validation plans] in agreement with Customer standards • Management of the customer [BMW and Daimler] for quality issue [for example selections, technical meetings ]

• Knowledge of the American/Canadian electric, electronic and mechanical standards: UL and CAN/CSA for the validation of a product for the American market. • Verification of the product to a specific standard for the release of the ETL security certification; • Electrical, electronic and Testing skill in agreement with standards.
