He has helped clients in utilities, resources, telecommunications, banking and insurance unlock new value opportunities to thrive in the digital age.

As a consultant, Marco delivered a talent strategy project with 5 team members to help a multinational insurance company integrate their latest acquisition from a talent enablement perspective. He worked with the CHRO to set up a new HR operations team to support the integration alongside an employee experience design for new joiners and key HR processes across the talent lifecycle.

- Marco worked in 3 research teams and contributed to 35 research projects on international business, innovation, emerging markets, industrial relations and HRM under demanding timelines. - He conducted 35+ and analysed 110+ interviews within international and government-funded research projects on such topics as Chinese businesses in South Africa and outsourcing in the Australian government.
