Co-Pilot through a timely assessment of the risks and opportunities raised by the markets and consolidate the overall Business Financial view to better manage the gaps vs. targets. Business of CHF 3.6 billion.

•Conduct operational/process internal audits in Nestlé Head Offices, sales offices, distribution centres & factories in more than 40 countries. • Leading and coaching teams conformed by three to six team members from different nationalities to visit Nestlé markets at worldwide level. • Defines audit scope in the field based on a business risk assessment. Set audit priorities and focus on important risks. • Planning and managing audits of Nestlé's Businesses (Pharma, Cosmetics, Nutrition) and Process.

• Global responsible for compliance of all corporate agreements. • Evaluate and define Regional Purchasing strategy for Category in compliance with Global strategy. • Identify, evaluate and negotiate with all potential suppliers for CSE products. • Prepare and recommend Make-or-Buy decisions. • Participate in development teams for new products (R&D, PLM, REL) • Set-up and monitor ISO 9004 compliance of all Schindler suppliers. • Helped initiate and implement several new purchasing tools
