The Airport City Developers Network was founded by Peter de Leeuw at the 2023 Forum in Vienna. ACD’N is an exclusive community of experts in real estate, urban planning, business development, and property management, dedicated to advancing Airport City development. By fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, ACD’N sets new industry standards and addresses both current and future challenges in the field.

Construction project management for complex transport hubs through all phases, from preparation to commissioning and post-opening control (LPH 1–9 HOAI). Responsibilities include client management, site supervision, stakeholder coordination, scope definition, risk management, schedules and roadmaps, Lean Construction, team coordination, capacity planning, and reporting. Also developing Advanced Air Mobility, Unmanned Air Mobility, Airport Cities, and Lean ORAT, and representing the company internationally.

Coordinated the construction of Volocopter’s first facility for testing, maintenance, storage, and final assembly of eVTOL aircraft, as well as Germany’s first non-commercial vertiport as Project Manager. Conducted weekly site supervision applying Lean Construction Management methodology, coordinated between the general planner, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Successfully commissioned the hangar in April 2023. Also managed the reconstruction of space and relocation to the central office.

Frankfurt 4 Campus, Hattersheim – DC F&G Managed project phases 3–6 (LPH 3–6 HOAI) as Design Manager, coordinating project documentation in a BIM environment. Worked closely with internal teams, architects, and external technical planners to ensure design quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.

Worked on a range of projects, from airport terminal design to expert reviews of large-scale airport developments in Russia. Responsibilities included preparing design concepts, developing airport technology proposals and optimizations, managing 3D design processes, conducting research and benchmarking, performing transfer simulations and calculations, and representing the company at int. conferences. Project management for Zaryadye Park — coordination of construction with local stakeholders, representing the interests of the international consortium, daily communication with foreign partners, project supervision, ensuring compliance with the original design concept, and administrative project support.

Assisting Chief Architect in preparing architectural drawings, supporting company members with their daily work, measuring and supervision of projects (interior design for bank’s offices, equipped with furniture of the company’s design)
