I worked as a call center operator and this involved developing and maintaining a good relationship with the clients, writing emails, talking to clients throughout the whole world, negotiating the terms of a contract, offering solutions. Since dealing with people can sometimes be very difficult and challenging, I learned that in order to succeed, I must treat the problem with patience and professionalism, understanding the clients' point of view and trying to do what is best for both parties.
