Main responsibility for data protection and IT security across the organisation. - Point of contact for internal / external parties for DP and IT-Security - Consultation of internal teams on best practices, contractual and regulatory requirements - Creation and maintenance of internal guidelines and policies - Contractual assessment with 3rd party suppliers, assessment of customer project contracts - Surveillance of compliance to regulatory and customers’ requirements

Overall responsibility for various customer services in 1st to 3rd level application and infrastructure areas: - Service provision, project management and project lead role, Reporting and automation, Knowledge management - Ops and strategic personnel planning and personnel development - team coordination, pre-sales & sales support, project management, contract assessment Technical focus areas: Server automation, Compliance and patch management, Overall infrastructure architecture, setup and maintenance

Disciplinary personnel management of up to ten direct reports, including: - Leadership (continual assessments, goal setting, continual feedback with team members, coordinating colleagues and other team leads) - Individual development of team members (professional and personal) - Development of team (supporting hiring and recruiting functions)

Responsibility for main parts of the overall IT Infrastructure operation. Working with the diverse teams across the globe in several duties: - Main org unit project lead for several projects, such as: Implementation of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Migration to unified VoIP based phone system, Interface to parent company - Main interface between service providers and internal organisation units - Overall management of several support functions - Participation in regional and global operation lead functions

Partially responsibility for IT “run&maintain” organisational unit in several business functions (including shop floor, engineering, finance and various office areas). Mainly working as an interface between internal and external colleagues, for 3rd-level problem resolution.

Working as a location-based technician on customers sites in a variety of industry sectors (Industrial, Automotive, Insurance / Finance), responsibilities included: - various remote and onsite support roles (based on ITIL), - partial project lead roles (i.e. wireless infrastructure build-up, refresh planning) Participation in in-house seminars and trainings regarding (agile and classic) project management, overall IT and soft skills, as well as self-chosen assignments

Responsibility for repairs on customers devices, mainly Apple laptops and smart phones. Main work split up into: - board level error analysis, debugging and repair, - conception of standardized testing procedures, - creation of data recovery solutions, - quality assurance Additionally, working in customer consultation and advisory, as well as acquisition.
