Achievements: - Built a complete new virtual country organization out of 7 regional companies. - Reduced back-office costs by 15% through bundling.

Achievements: - Won the award for the “Best Key Account Management” worldwide in 2012.
- Championed global and country specific strategic planning. - Executed the global portfolio development and product management (for example: e-card and healthcare applications) - Facilitated the definition, implementation and controlling of strategic measures, and cultivated analysts relationships with the market insight companies. Achievements: Developed a new global business segment from the very beginning, including defining the marketing strategies, focus countries and skills of the resources.
