• Support of Recruitment team in technical sourcing for difficult roles • Sourcing potential candidates by utilizing LinkedIn, StackOverFlow, Job boards, advertising and other resources • Reviewing resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates • Initial contact with candidates • Market research for the establishment of new projects and new offices.

• Technical Sourcing using LinkedIn, Local Job Boards, Luxoft Database, Google Search. • Support of the recruitment process (arranging interviews, providing feedbacks, offer calls) • Managing database • Conducting pre-screen interviews • Market investigation/research • Preparing job descriptions
