Analysis of the risk management system of one specific business unit regarding its quality and efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis, an alternative concept was developed in order to handle risks more efficiently.

Main tasks: - Development of existing project management operating instructions and guidelines - Assistance in workshops - Alignment of milestone checklists of different business units - Maintenance of the internal portal for providing project management guidelines, operating templates etc.

This program provides knowledge and skills on how to recognize business challenges and act upon them to ensure long-term success for the company. The program combines state-of-the-art research with strong linkages to practice through industry projects in which scientific tools are applied to solve real company issues. The aim of the program is to provide a thorough understanding of strategic thinking and the key skills of international business consulting.
