• Lead the Industrial Distribution business in Western Europe and accountable for 40m€ worth of business at 2014 level. • Formulate and implement the Industrial Distribution regional strategy, aligned with the HQ • Support countries in the market strategy implementation within the region and the operational development of sales and profits. • Exceed the 2014 revenue target with 7.6%. • Setting up the newly Western RHQ office in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2012
