Own the requirements from the very early stage in the ideation phase, refinement with the on-going customer feedback and later transition into the industrialization, in an ultra-agile lab environment (Kanban). Making sure the products created in the Big Data Lab fulfill the business needs and provide unprecedented user experience.

Perform business, product and technology analysis, act as interface between Avira Business Lines, Marketing, Web Development, QA and Support. Led the Department for Education Technologies, performed product development and strategic planning, budgeting, controlling and execution of budget. Held responsibility for project coordination, contract management, analysis of business opportunities. Coordinated tendering and bidding activities.

Responsible for the development and management of multiple IT projects, including contract and delivery management. Developed project plans, lead development of solution throughout complete lifecycle.

Directed major projects based on suppliers requests. Managed project’s resources, including schedule and budget, coordinated communications between customer and suppliers. Developed data structures, designed databases for high scalability, programmed in SQL and PL/SQL.

Managed at national level all implementation projects related to Higher Education. Created budgets, generated project documentation; completed business analysis, organized technical meetings.

Created functional specifications, business requirements documents, flowcharts, workflows, process maps, use cases, screen mock-ups, and conversion requirements. Managed client requests, designed system architectures. Conducted Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and used prototyping.

Created project’s dashboard, communication and risk management plans, assigned the KPIs (complete project plan: objectives, milestones, scope, risks, budget, team, Gantt, deliverables). Responsible with creating the architecture of several modules for an in-house developed ERP.
