Designed and commissioned ultrasonic equipment used in the manufacturing line of monochromators, mirrors, detectors, beam detectors, etc. Implemented 6 Sigma and Lean techniques in the manufacturing area. Developed new and improved existing methods of manufacture of synchrotrons. Represented Design for Manufacturing for new and existing designs. Provided technical support. Revised drawings and improving existing designs of mirrors, beam detectors, etc.

Developed advanced manufacturing methods of manufacture of lithium batteries – battery assembly, introduction of electrolyte. Preliminary designed an automated mass production machine.
