I am responsible for driving the marketing and communications strategy for all offices of Pedersen & Partners, globally; with special focus on Social Media Strategy, PR, while managing and maintaining best practices throughout the marketing communications team. Pedersen & Partners is a leading international executive search firm. We operate 50 wholly owned offices in 47 countries across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Dynamically managing the regional staff and suppliers throughout CEE, with condensed focus on Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. Responsible for extensive B2B negations, relationship building and network creation leading to successful Word of Mouth marketing campaigns throughout the region. Strong focus on FMCG brands and working directly with clients including Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Unilever, Kraft.

Business development through various marketing efforts to help create and build the postgraduate programmes at Prague College.

Building a BTL strategy for Q4 2008 and beyond and to implement and train out employees to carry it through 2009. Running largest BTL project to date at U:fon and driving several thousand new subscribers before year end.

Building and managing the GE Money VIP hospitality programs in Czech Republic and China surrounding the 2008 Summer Olympic Games and their sponsorship of the Czech Olympic Team.
