Leading presales and bid engagements for complex enterprise deals — owning proposal strategy from qualification through to submission, and orchestrating cross-functional input from delivery SMEs, Account/Sales Managers and FP&A. Owned enterprise opportunities end-to-end (qualification → proposal → signature) across $100k–$5M, securing several signed-contract wins over the period and contributing to further wins alongside senior colleagues. Increasingly focused on AI transformation proposals. Partnered with SME teams on solution feasibility and with Account/Sales Managers and FP&A on pricing; presented to senior and C-level stakeholders across the US, Europe and APAC.

Owned Discovery and POC proposals ($100k–$500k), partnering with subject-matter-expert teams to shape solution designs. Contributed pricing and commercial inputs alongside Account/Sales Managers and supported larger RFP exercises. Tracked bid compliance and delivery risk across cross-industry engagements.

Supported the end-to-end proposal process for enterprise IT bids — preparing client-facing presentations and collateral to brand standards. Built foundations in RFP/RFQ workflows, solution-scoping and coordination within global, cross-cultural teams.

Drove B2B sales and business development — generating opportunities, issuing offers, and managing customer acquisition and contracting. Contributed to pricing strategy, supplier negotiations and project planning/reporting (MS Project). Selected contributions: supported a business model that secured a €3M investment; helped acquire 5 new clients.

Managed operational service processes and quality against owner-defined objectives — driving process improvements, coordinating subcontractors and partners, and producing decision-supporting reports.

Supported project managers across documentation, scheduling, tracking and reporting — coordinating trainees and subcontractors, and contributing to business and financial planning (MS Project).

Working in the process quality assurance team during the IT and infrastructural development of the National Széchényi Library.

With my advisor partner and the Appic team we have developed a fitness application's training routine, called Ludus. In cooperation with the developers we designed an innovative algorithm, which made Ludus a fitness coach that guides you through personalized video exercises. Your workouts get adjusted based on your feedbacks, goals and capabilities - just like a personal trainer. I also perform as the male model in the videos presented in the application.

Co-founded an early-stage e-sports startup — a League of Legends coaching platform — leading operations, user research, partner/investor pitching, and data-driven marketing content.

Selected — with idea-phase startup Roomie Hunter — for the first batch of Design Terminal's Techlab, an early-stage startup mentorship program.
