I researched and wrote online help systems for our internal trading and trade support applications, created procedures for a variety of departments including IT, Finance, Compliance, and Trade Support, and managed a variety of audit functions.

Provided research, writing, and editing services for global data center of one of the world's largest law firms. Maintained global technology standards sites, created design documents and diagrams, edited global newsletter, created online help systems, completed a variety of research and writing projects to support our global server network and systems.
