Adjunct professor for a master’s of business administration course on business law, which educates students about American and international legal concepts and issues, such as contracts, torts, employment law, product liability, alternative dispute resolution, and ethics.

Represented the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration at administrative, trial, and appellate levels. Prepared appellate briefings on expedited schedule; wrote motions and briefs for appellate, district court and administrative proceedings; performed statutory and regulatory research; advised client agencies on a wide variety of legal issues; reviewed contracts; and led the student internship program.

Advised judges on social security, disability law, medical issues.
