Responsible to drive the Flavours Manufacturing Excellence by implementing the Givaudan Production System and establishing the continuous improvement mindset and methodology in 24 Flavors manufacturing sites

Responsible for 5 Flavors manufacturing sites in Cincinnati/OH, Devon/KY, East Hanover/NJ, Lakeland/FL and Itasca/IL as well as a distribution center in Toronto/Canada

Responsible for 8 Flavors manufacturing sites in Netherlands, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt and South Africa

Responsible for 8 Flavors manufacturing sites in Japan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, India and Australia
