Leading the Organisation (>400 employees) of Thales’ Global Business Line “Air Traffic Management” (ATM) in Australia and New Zealand, which addresses the local market of Air Traffic Management in Australia (incl. OneSKY Project) and the Export Markets in the Asia Pacific Region for ATM business.

Representing Thales Global Business Unit “Land & Air Systems” in Germany, which addresses today the three markets segments Air Traffic Management (ATM), Surface Radar Systems (SRA) and Optronics Solutions (OPT) in Germany and selected export markets all over the world.

Profit & Loss verantwortlich für die komplette operative Durchführung aller weltweiten Projekte, mit einem Lieferanteil aus Deutschland, für die Global Business Unit „Ground Transportation“. Darunter die Führung der Leistungsbereiche und deren Mitarbeiter(innen), aktuell ca. 500 Personen, im Project Management International & Domestic, Customer Solutions, Data Preparation, Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning sowie Project Industrialisation.

Verantwortlich für die Durchführung aller „Rail Signalling“ Projekte im In- und Ausland. Darunter auch die Führung der Leistungsbereiche und deren Mitarbeiter(innen), aktuell ca. 300 Personen, im Project Management International & Domestic, Projektierung, Technische Realisierung, Abnahmeprüfung & Inbetriebnahme und Projekt Industrialisierung.

Vertrieb und Abwicklung von Rail Electrification Anlagen, Systemen und Produkten in den Vertriebsregionen Asia-Pacific, South East Asia, North East Asia, Near Middle East, Russia Central Asia and Central East Europe

Vertrieb und Abwicklung von Maintenance Services im Bereich des Bahnsektors, sowohl für Rolling Stock als auch Infrastrukturanlagen
