In this role my responsibility is to collect and analyse data from post consumer value chains of Tetra Pak cartons globally to enable and set clear strategies to enhance recycling rate of Tetra Pak cartons, one of four prioritized focus areas in Tetra Pak. Other major responsibilities is evaluating environmental investments, exploring new recycling technologies/oppertunities, support recyclers to increase profitability, development of cost models and internal processes for investments.

As a supply manager at Program Purchasing at Packaging Technology I follow several Technology Development projects as a core team member. The first of two main objectives are to help the project achieve its goal by supporting it in sourcing, negotiations, purchasing and contracting. The second objective is to prepare for future implementation in the supply chain by evaluating, selecting, contracting and preparing the right suppliers and keep internal stakeholders aligned.

I was hired as a purchase consultant for four construction sites in France where negotiation and problem solving with technicians were my main tasks. I have also handled substantial negotiation and claims. As my effort was appreciated I was hired as an employee after 6 months as Supply Manager for the Smartline-projects, where my main tasks were to reduce cost by developing the cooperation with current suppliers and to find new more competitive suppliers with focus on Eastern Europe.

I was responsible for the purchase of larger consignments plastic waste from Europe and processing it mostly for the Swedish plastic industry. The goal was to keep finding waste worth its price and process it to make it fit an application as demanding and profitable as possible. My foremost achievement was that I increased our supply base threefold of competitive suppliers, managed them in an efficient way and thereby helped doubling the profit and maintaining it during a period when we grow 10% annually.
