Responsible for an organization of talented individuals, innovating for customers in the areas of personal hygiene, technical films, tapes, labels, and nonwovens. Responsible for new product development, application engineering, pilot facilities, analytical lab, IP, and product safety.

Global responsibility for Process&Engineering, Front End Innovation (Upstream Development), Baby Diaper Core (Pampers is P&G's biggest brand, with sales exeeding $10 billion). Develop new processes and machinery to secure P&G's competitive edge on product design, cost, and speed to market mid-and long term.

Lead group of process and equipment engineers to deliver new transformations and process improvements for P&G's Pampers business, globally. Key area of responsibility is the diaper absorbant core. Pampers represents around $10 bill. of P&G's turnover.

Global material development responsibility for Pampers Baby Wipes. Enable product innovation through development of new materials. Engage suppliers in development work and continuous quality improvement. Closely partner with Purchasing to define optimized supply network.

Consumer understanding and technical design of consumer goods (baby care category). Job included qualitative and quantitative consumer research, technical modeling of products and product changes, technical design and validation.
