- Preparing, organizing and delivering English and French classes to adults from elementary to upper-intermediate levels; - Preparing students to different examinations and certificates (baccalaureate, entry exams for universities and business schools, certificates)

- Manage end-to-end supply chain for bearings, shipping activities, customer service and data consolidation; - Ensure process efficient, prompt and accurate inbound and outbound traffic and flow of cargo on a timely manner; - Work closely with the commercial team and handle a smooth planning of customers’ orders and shipping calendars; - Manage clients’ claims due to damage, late delivery or shortage; - Liaise with internal customers, forwarding agents, carriers and brokers.

- Assign tasks to members of global network of linguists, negotiate deadlines and coordinate production with translators, proofreaders and in-country reviewers; - Monitor translation processes and administrating translation databases called “translation memory”; - Manage workload and documents’ flow between departments and external collaborators; - Edit received documents and prepare them for translation using translation memory database.

- Organize and deliver classroom lectures to students; - Develop and implement daily lesson plans and long-term units specific to students’ ability levels; - Prepare students to different examinations (baccalaureate, entry exams for universities and business schools, English certificates)

- Provide academic support to students including academic skill development, strategy assistance, monitoring progress and assistance with registration and orientation; - Manage website, social media (Facebook, Twitter) and communications projects (capstones, student handbook); - Organize and assist in events (seminars, presentations, etc.) and advertising campaigns; - Create and manage all published content (images, video & written), manage promotions & social ad campaigns;
