- Chinese language and culture class (zero-intermidiate level) - Chinese-Italian-Chinese interpreter (court of law, lawers, business mettings etc) - Chinese -Italian - Chinese translator (law and economic fields) - English class (intermidiate) - ICT class (zero level) - Company comunication and PR (zero level)

- Start-up and managment of the Office (defining responsabilities and duties) - Bureaucratic assistance for incoming foreign students and staff (permit to Stay, fiscal code, accommodation, matriculation...) - Processing, preparation and follow-up of offers related to my office's services for International Courses and Professional Course. - Creation of agreements with supplier fo services related to teh office's activities - Public Relations with Public Administrations in order to facilitate procedures.

- Welcoming of Chinese students (permits of stay, fiscal code...) - Assistance in Unviersity Issue at the Infopoint of Political Science faculty. - Tutoring activity - Linguisitic and Cultural mediation - Italian Culture lectures
