I gained experience in research information about new products and how to improve their descriptions and make them more appealing; I also gained more customer skills by contacting suppliers in English, Spanish or German. I focused on detail and qualiity.

- Compensation and benefits management; - I checked every necessary document and step of a professional career - since onboarding until termination including business trips and the official documents they were required, learning to focus the service on the customer. - I also contacted HR Managers and Payroll team every day, had meetings with them and we dealt together with the employees issues and concerns. I learnt to work with very different applications such as People Soft or Accurate Background.

I developed my communicational skills by dealing different issues and replying inquiries from Embassies, Consulates and Universities; and from anyone who was interested onthe Ministry too. I interviewed the applicants for the offered internships - in English; Spanish and German-to work at the central services or abroad; selected them; and communicated the decision. I analyzed and evaluated the processes

In the Summer course" Law in Modern Societies: Fundamental, International and Interdisciplinary Aspects" I studied different legal aspects of the European Union: similarities and differences- concerning Germany and then comparing it to the rest of the countries.

I was very fond of the subjects related to Human Resources, especially Human Resources Management and also Laboral Psychology, where I learnt to understand the position and roles of the HR team in a company; and also towards the candidates.
