Lead account management and business development for clients within APAC, Middle East and Australasia, Achieve sales budgets to growth opportunities within industrial minerals, civil engineering, construction oil and gas and chemical applications, maintain and develop both existing and new customers through appropriate positions and sales methods to optimise the quality of service and customer satisfaction, Facilitate customer presentations

Establish and sustain robust working relationships with customers within the industrial minerals, agriculture, civil engineering and chemical industry,Provide leadership and support to drive sales and customer service strategies,Research and analyse market trends to determine growth opportunities,Develop and implement a business development plan that sets targets to achieve revenue, margins and growth expectations, Local and export sales budgets and forecasts

Develop & execute local sales within the agriculture & chemical fertilizer market/s, as well as export sales to Japan & India. Identify market opportunities for new business development and collaborate with the Sales Manager in regard to execution. Research economic factors in South Africa and the export market to influence and grow the phosphate and fertilizer margins. Plan local and export deliveries in accordance with agreed contracts and purchase orders.
