- Coordinating the collaboration between the local client team (Bulgaria), the group SAP team based in Munich (Germany) and the implementation team in Sofia,Bulgaria.
- Design, build and test of Bulgarian specific SAP PA/OM solution roll-out based on a globally defined template and the migration and future interface with the local HR system.

- Mapped business requirements to SAP HCM and SAP Enterprise Portal applications within full-cycle implementations for companies part of the Coca Cola HBC group in Greece, Czech and Slovak Republic, Poland, Austria, Russia and Belorussia - Established and adjusted business requirements in co-operation with country process leaders and end-users - - Designed and bespoked customer specific modifications of the SAP Enterprise Portal applications and the required SAP HR Modules
