Responsibilities: - Supporting users in German and English in multiple applications like Active Directory, SharePoint, We.Net, O365, Azure and many more - Point of contact to other teams (Security, Basis and Development) - Resolving IT issues - User Management in SAP Systems - Creation and Coordination Knowledge Management base - Delivering SAP training to other team members - Monitoring major issues and contacting responsible teams

The first point of contact to internal clients and our vendors in German, English and Polish language. My main duty is to deal with any financial issues and assure smooth and satisfying solution to any challenges happening in this versatile and fast changing business. Whenever fast and accurate action is needed, I am there to help. We finished in June 2015 the first part of learning our colleagues German language. I organized and leaded 2 series of courses- one for beginners and one for advanced speakers.
