Leading an immersive. project, my role as Talent Director was to review and develop the UNiDAYS approach to attracting, engaging and hiring amazing people to join them. As part of that project, we understood understand the candidate journey, what it means to be at UNiDAYS and delivered a demand based service that is engaged with the business and engaging for candidates and existing employees.

    I led the talent acquisition team as to review and optimise the recruitment process, candidate journey and creative edge needed to provide best-in-class expertise and capability. Leading the London based team, we developed a new approach to hiring, based on the capacity and capability of a smaller more agile team. Completed a 'Discovery' exercise to map the end to end candidate journey optimising where possible. Part of a global Workday process optimisation project.
