Since September 2014, I am heading up the Single ERP PMO at Novartis. Single ERP will become one of largest business transformation programs in Novartis. In addtion to my PMO role for Single ERP, I am heading up the Global IRIS PMO since July 2015. IRIS is one of Alcon’s top strategic initiatives covering areas like: Finance, Request to Pay, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Order to Invoice / Order to Cash and Quality Management. The IRIS program has > 500 mUSD budget and 350+ program staff.
