Led a 5-scientist team delivering pooled CRISPR screens, gRNA library design, assay development, bioinformatics, and scientific customer support. Managed 50+ academic, biotech, and customer projects across multiple disease areas, contributing to >€2M net sales. Set study design, QC, interpretation, and delivery standards, improved turnaround times, translated data into project decisions, evaluated platform improvements, and represented Vivlion in the ProxiDrugs Consortium.

Consulted customers on pooled CRISPR screening strategy, gRNA library design, bioinformatics analysis, and delivered pooled CRISPR libraries. Built computation QC tools to support CRISPR library quality assessment and screening data interpretation. Bridged doctoral research, platform development, and customer project execution during Vivlion’s early commercialization phase.

Summa cum laude Doctoral research on: Covalently closed circular-synthesized CRISPR-Cas gRNAs for functional screening of coding and non-coding regions. Co-inventor on 2 commercialized CRISPR library technology patents; published large-scale pooled CRISPR screening experiments and analysis tools. Received the Award for Excellent Doctoral Thesis from the Alumni and Friends of the Faculty of Medicine.

Final grade 1.2 Bioinformatics analysis of the protein interaction network of the presynaptic active zone, integrating proteomics, cell biology, neuroscience, and computational tool development.
